His response gave me the confidence to give Creech’s another chance, and I’m glad I did.
  Since returning, I’ve had four or five deliveries to my home, and my experiences have been consistently positive. I’ve received the wonderful customer service and friendly, helpful interactions with employees that I had come to know and appreciate at Creech’s.
  I’m a homeowner working on my own property, not a contractor, and being treated with care and respect matters to me. Adam’s willingness to address my concerns, followed by the excellent service I’ve experienced since, has restored my confidence in the business.
  Thank you, Adam, and the Creech’s team. I’m happy to be a returning customer and can now confidently recommend Creech’s.
  I want to start by saying that I am not a contractor or landscaping company—just a homeowner working on my own property. On a single visit, I purchased several thousand dollars worth of stone, plants, and shrubs from Creech’s. It was more material than my truck could haul in one trip, which required me to make multiple loads that day.
  On my first trip, the experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I even had the opportunity to meet some of the family members, and they were great to work with. Based on that experience alone, I would have gladly recommended this business.
  Unfortunately, my return trips that same day were a completely different experience. After paying and waiting in the loading area, I was repeatedly skipped while other customers who arrived after me were loaded first. At first, I assumed it was an honest mistake, but it happened multiple times. I tried to get the attention of the equipment operator, but despite clearly seeing me, he would not acknowledge me.
  I eventually went back to the office, where the women working there were extremely apologetic and assured me I would be loaded next. I returned to the loading area, waited again, and continued to be skipped. After another trip back to the office and more apologies, I finally got loaded—but only after spending well over an hour waiting while customers behind me were served first.
  What made the situation worse was that once I was finally being loaded, the equipment operator became confrontational. He accused me of trying to get him in trouble, used profanity toward me, and made obscene gestures. There was absolutely no reason for that behavior. I was simply trying to receive the materials I had already paid for.
  The office staff and family members I met were wonderful, which makes this review disappointing to write. However, customer service is only as strong as the weakest interaction. My experience suggests that when management is not present, the level of professionalism can change dramatically.
  Because of this experience, I will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this business.

  We worked with Creech's Lawn & Landscape on a project to replace our concrete patio with pavers. The patio had developed cracks and had sunk in a few spots due to normal settling … More around the foundation of a new house. My wife and I have done a number of projects from custom building to remodeling and improvements. I can tell you that this team is great to work with . I have attached a few pics showing the before and after. If you are considering hardscape, landscape projects, I would recommend you reach out to them.
